Josh Aldana Trio at Waystone

Joshua Aldana is an up and coming jazz guitarist based out of the East Bay. Starting to play guitar at the age of 6, his passion for music has grown steadily over his lifetime. He was first introduced to music through artists like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. With an increasing love for the guitar, he found guitar virtuosos such as Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Buckethead and Allan Holdsworth who continue to be influences to this day. After hearing John Coltrane in his teens, Joshua fell in love with jazz and improvisational music and has devoted his life to the art form.
