They will be focusing on:
- Cambré technique: how to prepare, lead and follow dips safely and smoothly, by incorporating breathing and correct body isolations.
- Energy changes in bachata sensual: Energy control and changing dynamics in lead - follow, to safely allow for both smooth and sharp movements, without feeling rough or rushed.
