About this Event

Joppa Juneteenth Festival: A Dallas InnerCity Growers’ (DIG) X Joppy Momma’s Farm collaboration! The festival is rooted in black food sovereignty, it is a celebration of the rich culture of Juneteenth and Joppa, as well as inspiring the use of farm fresh produce through experience and good eats!

It will include music, games, farm tours, food & fellowship. Besides nurturing community cohesiveness, we aspire to increase awareness around the issue of healthy food access as well as elevating education around healthy foods that are culturally welcomed. This event from 11 am to 4 pm, @ South Central Park in Joppa.
