Joni Ernst's 2023 Roast and Ride!

Joni Ernst is excited to announce her annual Roast & Ride on Saturday, June 3, at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines. Republicans know the importance of keeping Iowa's caucus as the FIRST in the nation, and we are thrilled to welcome numerous special guests at this year's event.

The day will kick off with our traditional motorcycle ride. If you would like to participate in our ride, please select the box at checkout, and more information will be provided in the coming weeks.

We will conclude the day of activities at the fairgrounds for our annual Roast. We will have great food, and hear from our wonderful guest speakers.

This event is for all ages, and kids 12 and under get in free!

SCHEDULE B NOTICE

JONI’S ROAST AND RIDE NOTICE FOR INVITATIONS

JONI’S ROAST AND RIDE is a joint fundraising committee composed of: Jobs, Opportunity & New Ideas PAC, Republican Party of Iowa (Federal Account), NRSC, and Joni for Iowa (2026 primary, and 2026 general as separate limits) (collectively, the “Participants”).

Any contributions to JONI’S ROAST AND RIDE permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended, 52 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. (“FECA”), from donors who have not exceeded their applicable federal contribution limits shall be allocated among the Participants pursuant to FECA and the following method:

Any single individual contribution or federal non-multicandidate political action committee (“PAC”) shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA:

Jobs, Opportunity & New Ideas PAC, up to $5,000;

Republican Party of Iowa, up to $10,000;

NRSC, up to $41,300;

Joni for Iowa 2026 Primary Election, up to $3,300;

Joni for Iowa 2026 General Election, up to $3,300.

Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA:

Jobs, Opportunity & New Ideas PAC, up to $5,000;

Republican Party of Iowa, up to $5,000;

NRSC, up to $15,000;

Joni for Iowa 2026 Primary Election, up to $5,000;

Joni for Iowa 2026 General Election, up to $5,000.

Notwithstanding the allocation formula set forth in this Schedule, contributions may be designated by the contributor for (a) specific Participant(s). If you wish to specifically designate your contribution, please contact us at [email protected].

Any contribution to JONI’S ROAST AND RIDE by any donor(s) which upon allocation to the Participant(s) under the allocation formula is determined to exceed the contribution limit of the donor(s) to the Participant(s) as proscribed by 52 U.S.C. § 30116, shall be re-allocated to the other Participants to the extent permitted by FECA and according to the allocation method set forth in this Schedule. Any contribution that would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable federal contribution limit or otherwise not be permissible under FECA will be refunded to the contributor.

Contributions to JONI’S ROAST AND RIDE are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and source prohibitions. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), and federal contractors are prohibited.

The maximum an individual or a federal political action committee that is not a multi-candidate committee may contribute to this joint fundraising committee is $57,300. The maximum amount a federal multi-candidate political action committee may contribute to this joint fundraising committee is $35,000.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual who contributes over $200 in an election cycle.
