It's all about the journey, not the destination......and wow, has this been quite the journey....From our very first event on June 5, 2017, we have been evolving together and navigating SO many changes, two different studio spaces and 2 years of solely virtual programming. And we have yet to actually have a Grand Celebration. So, let's do it!
We have lots of special treats planned for June 16......
- live piano music and rope performance with Blue, Moxie and Georgessal
- rope and birthday serenade with aMermaidRenegade and ZeiSuspended
- poetry on the spot with Tangledupingray: Grey will compose a bespoke poem for you on his typewriter!
- "Rope Is..." interactive art station with Ivy Limieux: help us create a mobile as a testament to all the ways we love rope!
- open tying floor from 9-11pm
- a very Voxy snack, cake and cocktail spread
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER FOR THE EVENT. ATTENDING THE EVENT MEANS YOU ARE OKAY TO END UP IN ANY PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN THROUGHOUT THE EVENING.
Event schedule:
7-7:45pm: arrival, interactive stations
7:45pm: doors locked for performance. Sorry we cannot allow anyone to arrive between approx. 7:45-8:40pm.
9-11pm: open tying time and celebration!
