Love singing? Love classical music? Why not join our fantastic University Chorus for our 2026/27 season at the University of Birmingham?
With an exciting new Musical Director, James Llewelyn Jones, and a great combination of voices from University undergraduates, staff, to members of the local community - University Chorus is open to everyone.
Membership is only £25 for the two terms - with the choir giving a concert in December and a concert in March.
This term you will sing Bob Chilcott's 'Gloria', plus music by Dan Forrest, Elaine Hagenberg and Robert Arwyn.
Choir members can use their own scores or buy a set of scores from University Music on the evening of rehearsals.
Singing starts at 7pm, running with a break and then finishing at 9.30pm.
Parking on campus is free after 6pm, or you can reach us via the University Station.
We would love to welcome some new faces as we embark on a new musical adventure with our Director!
