Morning Wellness at the Emera Oval
Join us each week at the Emera Oval for a free refreshing hour of movement and connection. Enjoy the freedom to walk, ride or simply relax and engage with others.
Each Thursday starting August 7th
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Take advantage of walking poles, bikes, and adaptive equipment provided by the HRM Oval team, and make use of their air-conditioned facilities for added comfort. Whether you’re trying something new or moving at your own pace, this time is all about you.
Afterwards, unwind in the shade for refreshments and great company – including familiar faces from Parkland at the Common.
No RSVP is needed – just come as you are and have fun at this free event!
