Join us for a profound journey through the lives of Kentucky’s most inspiring women in RESILIENCE, a short documentary that captures the raw beauty, strength, and unwavering spirit of matriarchs, political figures, and rebel artists. Through intimate interviews and stories of faith, hope, and love, this film sheds light on the lives of women who have been instrumental in their communities—holding them together, inspiring progress, and leading with courage.
Produced with a dedicated team including a talented cinematographer, photographer, and makeup artist, and led by insightful interviewer Danette Mahabeer Turner, RESILIENCE is a celebration of the heart and soul of Kentucky’s women who’ve thrived despite adversity.
