Uchi Miami continues its 2026 Summer Dinner Series featuring an exclusive collaboration with Chef Michael Eure of Over/Under.


Chef Eure joins Uchi’s Chef de Cuisine Diana Martinez for  a multicourse menu featuring signature and limited-time dishes from both concepts. Enjoy this talented chef duo blend modern Japanese cuisine with southern and subtropical flavors. 


Reservations are required. Tickets are $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
