Join Single Mom Strong for Karaoke & a Cocktail for a cause!

We’re removing the loneliness of single parenting! Every month, Single Mom Strong gives you 3-4 opportunities to connect with other local single mothers. One of those opportunities is our monthly Mom’s Night (or Day) Out event. Get to know other local single moms while you "refill your cup". Our MNO events are opportunities to get together with women of similar circumstances and share new experiences. At these events, there is plenty of time to discuss challenges or wins and share ideas or resources, while also just enjoying a fun break. Whether you have previously attended an SMS event or not, ALL single moms are welcome. Inexpensive, quality childcare in our licensed childcare facility is always available during our Mom's Night Out events, but it fills quickly, so register as soon as you know you can attend.

THIS MONTH we’re headed to The Boardwalk for Karaoke night. Prepare for an unforgettable night with "You Front The Band". Grab the mic with all the bravado of a seasoned rocker! YOU FRONT THE BAND puts you in the spotlight as the vocalist in a live rock band. This isn't just karaoke - this is the ultimate interactive rockstar experience and the hottest trend in live music entertainment. In addition, Single Mom Strong has a featured drink on the Cocktail for a Cause menu, where a portion of the proceeds is donated to SMS! Your ticket will include pone beverage and part of shared table appetizers. You will pay $10 separately if you decide to sing.

Note: Childcare is provided during Mom's Night Out events, but children must be pre-registered. Children must be 2 and older (and potty trained) to attend childcare when mom is not on site. If you have registered your child(ren) for childcare, we will meet at the Empowerment Center at 6:00pm (7525 Auburn Blvd Suite 5, Citrus Heights 95610) to check children into childcare and travel to location (9426 Greenback Lane, Orangevale, California 95662) or meet us there at 6:30pm and enter with the group. We must enter as a group. Your ticket will be forfeited if you are not present at 6:35pm.
