Hey! I’m Ron K, and I’m excited to welcome you to Neighborhood Boxing Club for our Free Beginner’s Class on Saturdays at 12:30 PM! This class is all about getting comfortable with the fundamentals in a friendly, no-pressure setting. Whether you’re brand new to boxing or just want the basics, we’ve got you covered.

No Hits, Just Fitness!
Our focus is on boxing for fitness, not fighting. You’ll work with heavy bags to build strength, boost confidence, and have fun—no ring required.

Loaner Gloves Provided!
We provide free loaner gloves, so all you need are hand wraps, available for just $9.99 if you don’t bring your own.

12:30 - 1:00 PM:
Hand Wrapping & Basics Tutorial
Learn hand wrapping, stance, footwork, and striking tips.

1:00 - 1:30 PM:
Beginner Boxing Class
Enjoy a high-energy, 30-minute workout on the heavy bags.

1:30 PM:
Q&A & Membership Overview
Stay after class for membership options and questions to help you continue your boxing journey.
