Her talk, Breaking the Cycle: The Power of Hormones, explores the vital role hormones play in women’s health and aims to challenge the misinformation and silence that has surrounded menopause for far too long.This event is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your understanding of hormones, hear from one of the UK’s most influential voices in menopause care, and gain practical insights that could help you feel more informed and empowered about your own health.

Many of our Menopaus’ull supporters tell us that one of the most powerful things about our community is simply knowing you are not alone.
