Next, we'll dive into the culinary world of Sicily with our homemade Busiate pasta served with aromatic Trapanese pesto. Busiate, with its distinctive spiral shape, perfectly complements the flavors of the traditional Trapanese pesto, made with fresh tomatoes, basil, almonds, and a hint of garlic. It's a dish that embodies the vibrant Mediterranean flavors in every bite!
We'll create mouthwatering Focaccia rolls filled with a medley of in-season vegetables, showcasing the best of local produce in a delightful, fluffy bread.
And to satisfy your sweet cravings, we'll end on a high note with decadent chocolate mousse infused with the tangy sweetness of raspberries, a harmonious blend of rich chocolate and fruity goodness.
