Strong CORE: The Inner Work That Grows Lasting Leaders
About this Event

STRONG CORE is for leaders who look strong on the outside but feel stretched thin on the inside. If you have ever carried pressure with a steady smile while your soul felt tired, this book will meet you right there.
For over twenty years I have coached leaders who carry pressure quietly and smile through exhaustion. This book speaks to the ones who are tired of pretending to be strong and ready to practice strength that comes from within.
STRONG CORE helps you lead from a grounded center instead of a fragile image. It helps you stretch without snapping and grow without losing yourself.

This is a unique opportunity to meet with Christopher, so bring a friend. There will be time for questions, discussion, and signing of Strong CORE: The Inner Work That Grows Lasting Leaders.

Books will be available for purchase at the event or at B&N.com

Titles open doors. They cannot sustain trust, resilience, or character when the pressure gets real.

In Strong CORE, executive advisor, leadership coach, and keynote speaker Christopher Thompson invites you into the work most leaders avoid: the inner work that shapes who you become while everyone is watching what you do.

Drawing on more than two decades of coaching leaders across finance, healthcare, higher education, technology, and faith communities, including senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Thompson introduces the CORE Leadership Framework: Courageous Connection, Outcomes Driven Leadership, Relationship Mastery, and Emotional Agility.

Christopher Thompson is an executive advisor, leadership coach, and keynote speaker who helps leaders strengthen how they show up in the moments that matter most. As the founder of CORE Inclusive Consulting, he collaborates with organizations across industries to develop leaders who can navigate complexity, build meaningful relationships, and lead with clarity under pressure.

His career spans finance, healthcare, higher education, technology, and religion, including senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase. Over three decades, Christopher has coached, trained, and spoken to thousands of leaders, from football fields to leadership offsites, and has seen firsthand what happens when strong talent operates with a weak core, and how different the story becomes when that core is strong.

Christopher is the creator of the CORE Leadership Framework™, a proprietary leadership model built around Courageous Connection, Outcomes Driven Leadership, Relationship Mastery, and Emotional Agility. His work focuses on helping leaders strengthen the inner foundation that sustains lasting influence and leadership.

Christopher’s work focuses on the inner foundation of leadership: helping individuals grow not just in what they do, but in who they are becoming while they do it. It’s a message shaped as much by his own experience as by his clients’ — including the moment a torn Achilles tendon forced him to rebuild from the inside out and rethink what real strength requires. In Strong CORE: Inner Work That Grows Lasting Leaders, he distills that message into a four-part journey, CORE, ROOTS, FRUIT, and SOUL, that shifts leaders from performing to becoming.

Christopher resides in Ohio with his family and continues to call leaders into the kind of strength that lasts.
