Unreconciled is based on the true story of an 8th grader cast as Jesus in a school play directed by a parish priest at Annunciation BVM in Havertown. The story chronicles a survivor’s journey as he confronts his past, navigates a victims’ reparations program set up by the Philadelphia Archdiocese, and discovers the courage to use his voice. This critically acclaimed, 80-minute piece is a poignant and at times humorous exploration of family, place, and the meaning of reconciliation. Kathy Kane and Susan Matthews, founders of Catholics4Change, will host a discussion following the show.
