For our June hike, we are going to Turning Point Park in Charlotte. This will be on Saturday June 6th at 8:30am. We will meet at the Port of Rochester parking lot (1000 N River St Rochester NY 14612) and head upstream along the Genesee River to Turning Point Park (with its wonderful boardwalk), returning on the same path and going out to the pier at Lake Ontario. This will be about 5 miles and is all on paved paths and boardwalks, very flat and easy for all abilities. At the end of the hike, we can celebrate 100 years of Abbott's Frozen Custard at the Port of Rochester!Jill Orbach will be leading this hike and can be reached at (585) 746-4176.
