Hey everyone in the New Orleans Metropolitan area, I’ve put together a show with some friends at The Den in New Orleans for Wednesday June 17th. I was very impressed with The Den (which is attached to the howlin’ wolf) as a “listening room”, when I attended one of Shawn Gwin’s shows a couple of months ago. I enjoyed the fact that the people in attendance were really paying attention to what the artist we’re doing.
I’m hoping if at all possible to make this a regular thing and a different kind of “acoustic show”, perhaps eventually bringing in different kinds of artists. Everyone will be playing a few of their top songs and talking a little bit about them. I will also be performing some of my favorites, and kind of MC’ing the night.
Please join me along with Christian Serpas, Brian Stoltz, Tommy Sanchez and Mike Margiotta for what I know will be a very nice evening.
