Az amerikai Johnny Delaware zenéjében az indie rock, az Americana és a pszichedelikus folk találkozik a country és a western hangulatvilágával. A Susto egyik alapítójaként is ismert dalszerző álomszerű, filmszerűen gazdag hangzással, nyers, ösztönös előadásmóddal és mélyen személyes történetekkel teremt sajátos zenei univerzumot. Új, On God’s Time című albumán még hangsúlyosabban fordul gyökerei felé: a végtelen amerikai tájakat idéző, egyszerre melankolikus és felemelő dalokban szerelemről, veszteségről, szabadságról és az élet múlandóságáról mesél.

American singer-songwriter Johnny Delaware blends indie rock, Americana, and psychedelic folk with the dusty, wide-open spirit of country and Western music. Also known as a co-founder of Susto, Delaware creates a distinctive sonic universe through lush, cinematic soundscapes, raw, instinctive performances, and deeply personal storytelling. On his new album, On God’s Time, he reconnects with his roots, exploring love, loss, freedom, and the fleeting nature of life through dreamy, bittersweet, and ultimately uplifting songs that evoke the vast landscapes of the American West.
