John Wood is a singer-songwriter who creates a soulful blend of folk, rock, and pop music. Currently based in Wilmington, NC, the 21 year-old artist was raised in Atlantic City, NJ, and attributes his sound to growing up on the coast listening to artists such as , , , , , @ , and . Picking up the guitar at 15, John got his start playing local bars around South Jersey while writing and recording songs.
John aims to blend the elements of his wide-range of influences while establishing an original sound, providing an electric live show with the six-piece John Wood Band. You can catch them on tour this year up and down the east coast!
