International Guitar Festival / Jazz Series / Live at Timucua: The Timucua audience knows John Lumpkin for having played drums with many jazz groups who come to play at Timucua. The Covenant also include beloved musicians such as Thomas Milovac, DeAndre Lettsome, Johua Bowlus, as well as vocalist Tori Peoples and guitarist Nick Russell.The Spiritual Side of Duke is a presentation of some of Duke Ellington's Sacred Works, Hymns, and Negro Spirituals. This has been performed with the John Lumpkin Trio and can be performed with a larger ensemble. The Sacred Works were described by Duke as "One of his best works", and I was privileged to carry on his gospel music.
