John Hoover & The Mighty Quinns – The Music of John Denver & John Hoover

This show will feature 1 set of John Denver hits plus originals, folk, Americana, and 60s–’70s favorites.

The Mighty Quinns are a group of talented musicians centered in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Their music includes folk-rock classics, folk, country, Celtic, and originals by John Hoover.

On request, they perform a tribute to the songs, music and spiritual connection of John Denver. The Mighty Quinns present a fully energized performance true to the messages of peace, understanding and reverence for the earth and environment that made Denver’s music so special. With a deep catalog of good-time rock and folk-rock, the group also features songs by John Prine, Bob Dylan and many others. They also incorporate John Hoover’s stellar originals seamlessly into each set. At summer concert series, wineries and house concerts across Washington, Idaho, Oregon and California, from Port Angeles to Sacramento, audiences everywhere have been thrilled and delighted to hear their versatile concerts.

The group are John Hoover, guitar, Bruce Webb, mandolin, guitar and baritone, James Maltos on percussion, and they all sing! These gentlemen have been friends for many years and that friendship shines through on stage. Through countless gigs they have brought great joy to all their audiences for over 25 years.

John released 2 CD’s in 2022, “John Sings John” featuring interpretations of most of John Denver’s best-known iconic originals and others you may not have heard, and “I Have Made a Place for You” featuring all original John Hoover compositions. In 2025, three additional CD’s of all-original songs will be released by John and will soon be available for on-line ordering and at concerts.

This rate is available for the night of the Sapphire Room show and includes a standard hotel room (double occupancy) and breakfast for two the following morning. It will not be available for every show.
