About this Event

G for Gratitude, Thought for Food.

In this wee fundraiser for the Edinburgh Food Project we will go from A to G - seven letters dedicated, on this occasion to the 7 foodbanks in the city, run by the charity.

Each letter will be used as a springboard to activities which surprise, engage and stimulate.

Accompanied on mandolin, there will be writing, riddling, drawing and paper-folding with sharing and singing along, optional. The result is a playful and useful couple of hours.

Up to 10 participants - 16 years and over, please.

Biscuits and all other materials are provided.

John Hegley has run creative workshops in schools, theatres, on custodial premises and at Keats House in London, where he was poet-in-residence. He has also presided over such, a handful of times, at The Scottish Library and there were no complaints.
