About John Hanrhan:
A veteran of the Chicago music scene, Santa Cruz based drummer/singer John Hanrahan has made a strong and versatile impression in jam bands throughout the country as well as the project with his quartet performing and releasing in 2016, John Coltrane's A Love Supreme at the Kuumbwa Jazz Center. Currently the John Hanrahan Quartet has been performing a variety of tributes around the Bay Area to great jazz musicians of the 60's, including John Coltrane, Wayne Shorter, and Miles Davis projects. The John Hanrahan Quartet has been playing together in Chicago and around the globe for over 20 years. Jazz fans will also recognize the John Hanrahan Quartet from their breakout performance at the 2014 Monterey Jazz Festival, where they paid tribute to Coltrane's 'A Love Supreme', widely considered one of the greatest jazz recordings of all time.

About Andrew Dixon
Andrew Dixon is making his mark. An accomplished woodwind performer, composer and educator, he is not one of those musicians who just play music on the side. Indeed, Andrew spends all of his time either in the studio, writing and rehearsing new songs, teaching to his vast array of students or on the road performing across the US. He plays at least nine different instruments, including every saxophone, clarinets, and flutes. Andrew has released three CDs of original music, infused with his jazz roots, but ranging far beyond. Influenced from growing up in Chicago to his travels around the world, he created a sound that is fresh, unique that sets him apart from the typical jazz fare.

About Brother John Kattke
Brother John Kattke has been a resident musician at Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago for 30 years. He has played with Eric Clapton, Steve Miller, the Black Crowes, and acquired ringing endorsements from many other musicians of renown. For example: Led Zeppelin vocalist Robert Plant had seen John play with Otis Rush at the Jazz Café in London. When Plant and Kattke met in person at the United Center in Chicago, Plant told Kattke: “You play a mean guitar!” George Benson came to the jam session that Kattke hosts at Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago. After hearing the opening set that John played with his band, Benson told him: “You’re fearless! I thought I was fearless! You’re fearless!”

About Chris Berhardt
As a versatile player with eclectic tastes, bassist Bernhardt has never been content to stay in one musical style. Before BMR4 became his main project he was hired extensively in the blues, rock, and hip-hop fields. As a founder of the roots rock band, The Buzz, he has toured the country in support of the groups's releases "Highway" and "Live At Buddy Guys Legends". These recordings have received airplay on over 200 radio stations, garnered favorable reviews, and sold over 10,000 copies. The band toured under established booking agencies, such as Monterey International, and The Billions Corporation.
