Where and When: 6.30pm Monday May 13th at the bowling club carpark.
What do I need?:
All that's needed is a pair of trainers and comfy clothes (layers they can take off if they get warm)
Please let us know what level of runner you are and we can organise the best group for you to run in. Everyone is welcome and no one is too slow or too unfit to join us.
What will I experience?:
We will have a warm up, a short group jog of 20-30minutes depending on the experience of the runners, broken into walk/run segments so no one gets out of breath, then a stretch and cool down to finish. Complete beginners will just be running for 30seconds before a break.
