Boomtown opened in 2015 with the intent of providing the Wisconsin Dells area with a Country Music bar. Mission accomplished. Years later we're here serving up great Nashville inspired food to a Country Music soundtrack. Also check out our live music schedule! We have great musicians in regularly.

joe g. believes in the power of music to heal, soothe, connect, teach, and pull a person back into the full weight of being alive — the highs and the lows, the joy and the pain, the success and the failure, and whatever else sits in the middle.
His original music wrestles with all of it, and doesn't pull punches. Lyrically relatable. Musically accessible. The kind of songs where you're halfway through singing along before you realize it's about crippling depression.
You hardly realize you're joyfully singing along to a song about crippling depression.
He also plays covers that run the whole map — soul to rock, hip-hop to indie, country to metal. A good song is a good song.
You can catch joe playing solo, or with his partner-in-crime Christopher Marion on fiddle, and occasionally with bass master Pete Pagel alongside them.
