His warm approach — connecting the fundamentals of disco, house, electro-funk and italo to dance music’s vivid present — has brought him to respected clubs like Panorama Bar, Blitz, Closer and Savage, festivals including Dimensions, Horst and Lighthouse, and queer parties from Adonis to Honcho, Kiss Me Again, Los Ninos, Por Detroit and Pumping Velvet. Joe also runs a vinyl/digital label, Welt Discos, and writes a much-loved Substack newsletter about his experiences as a DJ and listener.
Also, it’s going to be a funky good time when you see the Saigon based line-up on a bill together featuring dOnut, Youss and OBS’s very own Dan Lo, Yokosun. Get down for the rare grooves.
