The family of Jody Atchison invites you to participate in the Jody Atchison Memorial Golf Tournament presented by Bo Jackson. Jody was a teacher and coach at Homewood Middle School for 30 years. She was also an avid golfer involved in the Ladies Golf Association and the Girls Golf program. Jody passed away from Creutzfeldt-Jakobs Disease (CJD) in March of 2018. CJD is a very rare, degenerative, and invariably fatal brain disorder which has no treatment and no cure at this time. ALL proceeds and donations from this event will go towards research with the CJD Foundation to help fund research to find a cure for CJD.
The tournament is a shotgun format and will take place on October 3rd, 2022 at Highland Park Golf Course. Registration starts at 7:00 a.m. with a shotgun start time of 8:00 a.m. CST. Registration fee is $125 per player or $500 per team of 4 golfers. Registration includes: Green Fees, Range Balls, Lunch, Goody Bag, and Door Prizes and Contest Prizes!

We are currently seeking tournament sponsors for anyone who is interested in have their business or organization promoted at the event and on the website and social media page. We have several sponsorship tiers available:
Sponsorship Options:
-Championship Sponsor: $1,000
(team of 4, business name and logo displayed on tournament banner at registration, individual sign placed around putting green, and digital sites)
-Heisman Sponsor: $500
(business name and logo displayed on tournament banner at registration, individual sign placed around putting green, and digital sites)
-Touchdown Sponsor: $250
(business name and logo banner on sign day of event and on digital sites)
-Hole Sponsor: $150
(sign with business name and logo displayed on individual tee box at tournament)
-Prize Sponsor: donation of goods or services for tournament and door prizes. We will also display name and logo on digital sites and will receive recognition day of the tournament.
