About this Event

Jodi Kantor will discuss her work holding the powerful to account and fortifying public confidence in the truth.

About the Speaker

As an investigative journalist, Jodi Kantor has had a singular influence on American law, labor, politics, and culture. Her reporting on Starbucks and Amazon led to reforms in shift scheduling and family leave policies. Her series on Harvey Weinstein—co-reported with Megan Twohey—helped bring the producer to justice and catalyze the #MeToo Movement. Kantor’s current work on the Supreme Court has revealed conflicts of interest during a decisive chapter in the institution’s history.
