• PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT
• GOOD EYE VISION
• NO APPLICATION TO OTHER Agency
• HAVE A TESDA CERTIFICATE W/ RELATED SKILL
• MUST HAVE LOCAL EXPERIENCE WITH COE (Certificate of
