Serena Immigration Services Inc., was founded in Toronto, Canada by Mr. Alnoor Kamani who is the Founder and CEO of the company. Mr. Kamani is a Licensed, Certified and Expert Canadian Immigration Consultant. We assist our clients with various Canadian Immigration application including Immigration, Citizenship, Visitor, Sponsorship and more. In addition to Canadian Immigration, we also provide Global Immigration Services to our clients including Direct Citizenship by Investment and Permanent Residency/Golden Visa by Investments.

About the role

We are seeking for two (2) talented, highly-motivated, well-driven and experienced Sales Representatives in Istanbul, Türkiye to help us expand our client base in the country. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, setting appointments, closing sales and following the policies and procedures of the company. The successful candidates will work closely with management and others on the team.

Objectives and Responsibilities

• The Sales Representatives are crucial members of our organization directly contributing to the success of our business.
• This role involves closing sales, providing accurate information to the prospective clients, entering accurate information in our CRM, communicating with the management, Immigration and Operations teams on a regular basis
• The Sales Representatives will be responsible for meeting sales targets and generating revenue, contributing to the overall goals and plans of the organization.
• Represent our company and services at various events inside and outside the country, as required and/or permitted by the management.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Outbound Sales skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Experience with Lead Generation tactics
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Knowledge of the immigration industry and laws is preferred
• Experience with working CRM is preferred
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related field is preferred.

Experience Requirement

2+ years in Sales

Languages

Fluent in English and Turkish.

Knowledge of additional languages like Russian, Arabic and Persian will be an asset.

PLEASE NOTE: As the interviewer is currently in Calgary, Canada, this interviews will be conducted online starting at 9am Calgary time which is 6pm Türkiye local time.
