NOW HIRING Assembly Technicians in Newark, DE
Are you looking to be part of a company that’s
revolutionizing the energy industry? We're hiring Assembly Technicians to join our team in Newark, DE, where you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Position: Assembly Technician
• Pay: $21/hr
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), with possible mandatory overtime on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced product assembly according to specifications.
• Select materials from kit carts and ensure compliance with 5S principles.
• Inspect completed work, operate various machines, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Skills & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must wear PPE, and may require wearing a respirator.
