Join the JMI Youth Big Band for an immersive two-day Summer Workshop led by Musical Director Sam Eastmond.This is your chance to dive deep into:
Improvisation

Who can apply:
Open to young musicians aged 11–19 with Grade 5+ on their chosen instrument.
Instruments:
Drums, percussion, double bass/electric bass, electric guitar, piano/keyboard, alto/tenor/baritone saxophone, trumpet, trombone, French horn and tuba.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills or explore new musical horizons, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn, play, and grow with like-minded young musicians.

We are still accepting applications from saxophone (alto & tenor), trumpet, trombone and piano players.
