JLL & PLACE NORTH PROPERTY CHARITY 5-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT

Date: Friday 20 September 2024, 12 noon – 4pm

Venue: Powerleague Manchester Central, 20 Union Street, Manchester, M12 4JD

Price: £420.00 per team. This includes use of full venue, trophies, referees, pre- and post-match food, tea/coffee, drinks at the bar, prizes and trophies for winners! It also includes a charity donation.

If you are an individual wanting to join a team, the fee is £60.00. This can be bought through the 'Individuals Tickets' option. We will then put you in a team with other individual players.

HideOut Youth Zone

HideOut Youth Zone is a charity dedicated to supporting young people by providing them with somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to. The money raised would be used to fund its Honey Bees sports programme to encourage girls into sport and free places at HideOut's holiday club. Every school holiday HideOut provides a holiday club for young people to tackle holiday hunger and provide a safe environment for young people during school holidays. The charity aims each holiday to have 50% of places funded free. The holiday club runs from 8 am – 5pm and young people are given breakfast, dinner, and afternoon snacks. Hideout's members come from some of the most deprived wards within Manchester and 43% of members are eligible for free school meals which means during school holidays they are unable to get a healthy nutritional hot free meal.

WWF

This year, JLL will introduce a second charity partner too- WWF- to support its Communities Programme. Often women and vulnerable people come off worse in periods of crisis including Climate Change. WWF run projects in the UK and overseas to educate groups, restore degraded land, learn about nature and build resilient communities.

JLL is proud to support both Hideout and WWF’s campaigns

Teams: Five-a-side teams made up of seven players. Teams can be made up of anyone across the property industry.

Two Tournaments: A Women’s tournament and a Men’s tournament will play at the same time, but not against each other. All genders and gender identities are welcome.
