Our October Florida event will be at Sunrise Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on the 17th at 11am. Join us for girl talk, fun rolls, and technique by the amazing Darlene Kamperveen. All ladies of any age, rank, or affiliation are welcome. For this event we are asking participants to bring proof of vaccination or negative covid test results within the past two weeks. You can either send your info in advance, or show it at the door.
Afterwards, we will have a co-ed open mat until 3pm. All affiliations welcome!
