Our November Colorado event will be at the Academy of Martial Arts in Monument. Join us for girl talk, fun rolls, and technique by the amazing Tawny Moore and Annette Ceniceros. We are asking participants to bring non-perishable food items to donate to a local food pantry. All ladies of any age, rank, or affiliation are welcome. There will be a free yoga class before the event from 9-10am. All are welcome for yoga!
