Lexi Weege and JJ Slater met at a shared gig in 2019, and in the ensuing years have worked together on many projects encompassing blues, jazz, soul and Americana. Weege’s bluesy belt and Slater’s inviting croon criss-cross to form a wide-ranging palette, with songs brimming with humor, heartbreak, adventure and meditation. Teaming up for a series of tours in 2024, their shows feature new music from Weege’s records “lw” and Slater’s “The Silver Key”, as well as collaborations and covers of traditional blues and soul songs.
Their Fall Europe Tour is their first adventure overseas, where they will bring visions of their long, winding American road trips to new audiences!
