This seminar is great for anyone interested in Jiu-Jitsu and will also improve our Kyuki-do students understanding of the ground game they make otherwise take years to understand.This will be a No-Gi event, meaning you do not need a full uniform to participate. Come dressed to grapple!
Join us for this ninety minute event and learn at your speed while also being properly challenged to step outside your daily training practices!
Current AKF Lexington Killer Bees Jiu-Jitsu Students, this is a promotion event for you as well. Miss it and you miss your promotion opportunity.
