Get ready for the most paws-itively festive yoga event of the season! Join us for a special afternoon of yoga and cuddles with adorable, adoptable pups, and holiday cheer! - All while supporting Shelter From The Storm Animal Rescue. These sessions will be gracefully led by the lovely Sanne, of Alchemy of Dance. We have two sessions to choose from: A Grinch Themed session for kids and an "all ages welcome" Santa Paws session!
Session One: Santa Paws Yoga
Time: 1:30 - 2:30 pm
Focus: All Ages Welcome
Get festive and flexible! This session is open to everyone. We will unwind, stretch, and get cheerful while cuddling with adoptable pups. Its the perfect way to share some holiday joy and support a great cause. Holiday attire encouraged!
Session Two: Grinch Inspired Kids Yoga
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Focus: Kids & Families (Ages 3+)
Join us for a super silly, grinch inspired yoga session, where we will discover how to make our hearts grow three sizes! Kids will enjoy fun, engaging poses and get lots of cuddles with sweet pups who are hoping to find their forever home for the holidays. Kids, wear your favorite festive or Grinch green attire!
Every ticket purchased goes directly to supporting the incredible work of SFTS as they save, care for, and find loving homes for animals in need.
Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own!
