Leagues/Ranking Tables: IKO (https://www.kettlebellworld.org/ranking-tables), and you'll be entered into the 2024 Grand Prix.
In Person at CrossFit Kennesaw:
Athlete Check-ins/Weigh-ins: 11:00am-11:30am
Judges Meeting: 11:30am-11:45am
Athletes Meeting: 11:45am-12:00pm
Warm Up Begins: 12:00pm
Flight 1 Begins: 12:30pm
Video Submission Rules:
Submit a YouTube link or other link to your sets to [email protected].
All lifts must be completed from November 29-December 7, and videos will be judged on December 8. If something comes up and you need to make other arrangements, Let us know by November 29 (the week before the event).
Video lifts MUST include:
Continuous videoing (no stopping the video) of:
State athlete name, event (Snatch, LC, etc), 5:00 or 10:00
Athlete weigh-in
Kettlebell weigh-in (if using doubles, both bells must be weighed separately)
Athlete must be in frame from foot to overhead lockout once the lifting begins.
Show your lockout prior to starting your lift.
Prices:
These are prices for up to two events (Triathlon and Biathlon each are considered one event). If you want to compete in more than three events, additional charges might apply.
Early Registration before October 1: $65/adult, $15/youth (under 21)
Regular Registration October 1-November 24: $80/adult, $25/youth (under 21)
Late Registration November 25-December 5: $95/adult, $45/youth (under 21)
Judging Discount: $10 (for traditional sets, not half marathon or pentathlon)
AKLU Members receive an additional $10 discount!
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AND PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 5 SO WE HAVE TIME TO MAKE THE FLIGHT SCHEDULE.
