As many of you know Charlotte was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis a few years back. She currently has a great care team at CHOP who help keep her happy, healthy and out of pain as we mange and work together on this journey. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, with many specialist and endless routine checkups - but our warrior keeps on keeping on always with a smile 🤍
