1️⃣ 1 Rep Max Power Clean – Explosiveness and power take center stage as athletes chase their heaviest clean of the day.

2️⃣ 1 Rep Max Back Squat – True holiday strength will be tested under the bar with a single, all-out squat attempt.

3️⃣ 1 Minute Max Calories on the Echo Bike – Finish with a fiery sprint as athletes battle the clock (and their lungs) for max calories in just 60 seconds.

Scores from all three events will be combined to crown the ultimate Holiday Brawler. Whether you’re here to lift heavy, pedal hard, or just bring the holiday cheer, this competition is sure to bring the heat to the winter season!
