Welcome to JiggleFiTT tastwer week. A week where all the classes are discounted. All the classes listed below are held at Fitness First, The Strand on Bedford Street.
What can you book onto?
Monday 23 Feb
- Beginners Twerk at 6:45pm - great for newbies who need a boost of confidence
- All-Levels at 7:50pm - if you need high energy, community vibes, then this is perfect for you
Wednesday 25 Feb
- Twerk Foundations at 6:30pm - this is for complete beginners and limited to 10 people, so great if you need a smaller class
- Samba for beginners from 7:35pm - immerse yourself in the Brazilian vibes and learn to samba.

JiggleFiTT celebrates all bodies! We create a judgment-free zone where you can joyfully jiggle to a mix of vibrant music styles. Learn the traditional African dance style of 'Mapouka' (twerking) in a safe, inclusive space or explore samba rhythms, and movements that make this Brazilian dance so exciting!
Each class will leave you feeling energized and empowered.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, these classes will help you build confidence, coordination, and your unique dance style.

About your teacher
Hi, I'm Nana. I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualified dance teacher. I teach fun dance fitness classes that celebrate how your body moves and jiggles, not what it looks like!
My classes encourage movement, music and have an appreciation for Black culture. At JiggleFiTT we believe that every body deserves to jiggle joyfully and without judgement
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
My classes are judgement free zone. Expect positivity and lots of booty shaking.
