JiggleFiiT Beginners Twerk & Dance Class in Wanstead, London

Learn to twerk and whine, and you’ll never even realise you’re actually working out too. Suitable for beginners and no dance experience needed.

This class is about celebrating movement, music and Black culture. You’ll leave feeling empowered, energised and ready to show off your dance moves. The theme for this class will be Afrobeats.

Nana Crawford is certified gym instructor and a pocket sized Queen with infectious energy, who’s been taking over London, Croydon and online with her empowering and addictive dance classes. Her classes explore the traditional African style of moving your body called 'twerking'. Nana teaches twerk techniques in a safe, fun and inclusive space with a range of music styles from Afrobeats to Dancehall.
