We’re excited to gather with an incredible mother-daughter duo, Arlene and Alana. Arlene, a retired philanthropic advisor, and Alana, a personal training and nutrition coach, are passionate about building community and supporting women’s wellness and growth.
✨ The evening will include:
• Networking + connection
• A guided wellness session with Alana focused on mental and emotional well-being
• Practical somatic tools to bring more presence into daily life
