Silver Jewelry Making Workshop

*Please note- this class has a $15 materials fee to be paid when you come to class! Sorry- silver has gotten SOOO expensive.

Come join us for a fun and creative evening of Jewelry Making! We aren't just stringing beads on a wire- we will be shaping and forming sterling silver into rings! No experience necessary- this is a "one and done" class where you will leave with fabuilous jewelry designed by you & an incredible sense of accomplishment. I provide all materials and tools- you provide an eagerness to learn.

These classes are fun and educational providing the foundations of silversmithing.

In this workshop students will make their own jewelry from start to finish. This class will cover basic metalsmithing skills, such as cutting, shaping, and joining metal. You will customize your ring bands with surface design techniques such as filing, stamping, stone setting, and hammering. IMPORTANT: Masks are optional in this workshop. (For safety, be sure to wear closed toe shoes and have long hair pulled back with clips or in a ponytail.) Open to adults only. • form and solder silver – Don’t be intimidated! I will help and it’s way easier than it sounds.
