Jewelled amulet workshop with Textile Artist, Amy Jones
Create a wearable embroidery piece, using a variety of threads, beads and beautiful semi precious gemstones. You will learn some basic embroidery stitches, like French knots, satin stitch and turkey work, and how to embellish with beads. Your finished piece will be backed, and able to be worn as a brooch or amulet.
Included in the course;
written instructions and a stitch guide;
A mini embroidery hoop
Beading and embroidery needles
Fabric
Fusible webbing
A variety of threads, beads and semiprecious stones
Brooch fastening and cord to complete your wearable piece
