As part of our 35th Anniversary series of gigs we are very pleased to announce the return of JESUS JONES to Bedford Esquires on Saturday 29th March
Blending rock, rave and techno, Jesus Jones were one of shining lights of the early nineties alternative dance scene with such indie disco classics as ‘Never Enough’, ‘Real, Real, Real’ and the still amazing ‘Info Freako’. Not content with helping change the face of popular music, Jesus Jones then cracked America, having a massive hit in the states with the anthemic ‘Right Here, RIght Now’ and their massive selling second album ‘Doubt’ Further hit albums followed, notably 1993’s ‘Perverse’ but the band went into a lengthy hiatus, only to reform to tour the UK, Australia and Japan in the mid 2000s.
Special Guests: Scant Regard, Will Crewdson's twangy electro-fried solo project.
