Jesse Fischer is an award-winning pianist and composer based in Brooklyn, NY. Known for his warm, soulful touch and emphasis on melody, groove, storytelling and emotion, his unique voice combines elements of modern jazz, hip-hop, Americana, music of the African diaspora, and his own Jewish heritage. A recent awardee of the South Arts Jazz Road grant, as well as American Music Abroad finalist and three time ASCAP Plus Award winner, Fischer has performed with many notables in the jazz, pop, and world music scenes, including Charlotte Dos Santos, Léon Phal, Sarah Elizabeth Charles, Melanie Charles, Takuya Kuroda, Lakecia Benjamin, and Deva Mahal.
