Phenomenal "king of comfort," the one and only Jeremy Hale will lead a 12-hour Intensive Weekend Training Program.
Learn to create the most comfortable dance! This program will also include plenty of time for guided practice so that you can retain what you've learned and apply it to "real life" social dancing.
Jeremy Hale carries TWO?? decades of professional experience in: Contemporary/Modern Dance, martial arts, Contact Improvisation, Somatic Practices, massage?♀️, and Brazilian Zouk.
As an instructor, he synthesizes these disciplines and marries them with his deep knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics to radically elevate how our dances FEEL to ourselves and each other.
