Heaven Forbid is a D.C.-based band that plays "country music for city people". The band, formed in 2019, features Baby Bry Bry (guitar), Tennessee Dave (pedal steel), Tommy “The Chillbilly” Sherrod (lead guitar), “Lazy Adam” Stern (drums), and Xaq Rothman (bass), all of whom also sing. They blend deep country traditions with a punk ethos, creating high-energy shows with a raw, emotional edge. The band hosts the popular "All Hat No Cattle" Party at SongByrd (DC)
